They will work with you to create a sustainable way of life, free of addictive behaviors, and help you create coping tools that address the mental, physical, spiritual, and familial illness of addiction.

As a way of life, recovery begins with the building of a spiritual toolkit. It involves learning to apply spiritual-living practices to recognize and interrupt addictive patterns and self-talk, heal from shame, and explore the possibility of a life of happiness, joy, and freedom. All participants will gather in a welcoming, creative, and supportive environment created together.
